It all started from a common dream and a great friendship, of over 10 years, between Demi & Dani. One brought all his gastronomic experience of over 20 years and the other one came with the passion for food and advertising know-how. One is famous, the other is becoming, for when he speaks about food, you just have to taste that damn dish unless you don’t want to die of craving.
The concept of today’s The Grill was born after they had a holiday in Argentina. After seeing the venue, in three days the contract was signed and the design was imagined. A period of research and travelling followed, to get inspiration for the kitchen, design and decoration details, to search for the best suppliers, best meat and wines, to create the menu’s concept.
Meat and meet. It’s our milestone. It’s what makes people connect, laugh and feel that nothing it’s impossible when you have good food and great humans around. Here, at The Grill, we take no ingredient for granted. Using high quality and fresh ingredients is our religion. It’s the core of all our recipes. We spend hours, days and sometimes even months in the research of the best suppliers for our meat, be it veal, pork or chicken. And every time we find a responsible farmer, we know that we will nurture a great long term collaboration.
